Returns & Exchanges
If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, we offer one-time returns/exchanges on all unworn items in new condition with tags and liners attached within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Once we receive and approve your returned items, your refund will go back on the original form of payment. For sanitary reasons, please try on all swimwear over underwear.
We provide one pre-paid return label per order, however, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your return amount.
Please note all items marked final sale are not eligible for a refund.

We will gladly accept returning items for a refund on your original form of payment or store credit via gift card. If a refund is selected, a 15% restock fee will be deducted from your return amount. If a store credit is selected, your gift card will be issued for the full value of your returned suits in USD and will not expire. All returns must be initiated here.
Yes! Please send us an email here to process an exchange. We will assist you from there!
You have 30 days from purchase date to exchange items in new condition with tags and liners attached. All items marked final sale are not eligible for exchange. We currently only offer exchanges for a different size. If you prefer to exchange for a different color or item, return it and place a new order.
International orders are not eligible for exchanges.
We work quickly to process and ship your order, so once you have placed your order we are unable to make any changes.
Please email us immediately if you’ve entered your shipping information incorrectly so that we can update your order if it has not been shipped yet.
The restocking fee helps cover the cost of the pre-paid shipping label we provide to send your order back to us. Exchanges and orders returned for store credit do not have a restock fee.
Shipping & Delivery
Yes! We offer standard and express shipping options to most countries.
Once you place your order, please allow 1-3 business days for the order to be packed and shipped by our fulfillment team. You will receive an email with your tracking information once your package is fulfilled. Please allow up to 7 business days for the package to arrive to you from the day you place your order. International orders, please allow up to 21 business days.
*Please note during high volume times like sales/launches our processing times may take slightly longer.
Once we ship your order you will receive an email with a shipping notification containing your tracking number. Once you have your tracking number you may visit the shipping carriers website and enter tracking number to see the updated shipping status.
Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to update.
We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during shipping. We will do everything we can to assist you with filing a claim with the carrier, but we do not refund lost packages. Please contact us at hello@lassoswim.com
If your package is returned to us for any reason you will be responsible for paying for the package to be sent again.
Sizing & Care
Although there is no standard body type, our sizing is based off of the industry's standard sizing. Please review our size chart and take your measurements to ensure the best fit to help find the perfect fit! When in doubt, we recommend sizing up. If you have any specific questions about sizing, please feel free to DM us @lassoswim or email hello@lassoswim.com!
Lasso Swim uses the highest quality fabrics, which means extra care will be needed when wearing and washing your pieces. We recommend the following:
- Hand-washing in mild detergent with cold water
- Lay flat and out of direct sunlight to dry
- Do not tumble dry, dry clean, iron or use bleach
- Avoid contact with rough surfaces as it can cause fabric pulling
- To avoid stains or damage of your suits be careful with tanning oils, sunscreens and fake tanning
- To extend the life of your suit be sure to rinse immediately after use
*If care instructions for suits are not followed, we are unable to assume responsibility for any damages incurred
Our products are made with the highest quality fabrics, consisting of 78% Recycled Polyamide and 22% Elastane. This sustainable blend allows for a soft, breathable design without compromising its durability. Our suits are designed to fit snug to the body to accentuate all curves, without digging into the wrong places!

We are exclusively online! However, we occasionally host pop-up shops. Stay up to date by signing up for our newsletter and following our @lassoswim instagram page.
While we do our very best to ensure this never happens, if you do receive a damaged suit or have a manufacturing fault occur, please email hello@lassoswim.com your name, order number, a description of the issue and pictures if item is damaged so we can get you a replacement asap! After 60 days from your order being placed, any damages to your suit are considered wear and tear, and not a manufacturing damage.

We aim to get back to you within 24 hours.
Store credit will be issued to customers via gift card, completing a return or exchange, to be used toward the repurchase of a different size, style or item. All gift cards will be issued for the full USD value of items being returned. To apply your gift card to your order, simply put the code received through your email into the box that says “Gift Card or Discount Code” at checkout. Your gift card will be valid indefinitely. Gift cards can only be redeemed online and are not valid for pop up events.
Orders are limited to one discount code or gift card per purchase.
